FAQ
Where are your Wood Toys Made?
All of our wooden toys are 100% made here in the United States. Our workshop is in our hometown of Madrid, Iowa. All of our lumber is sourced from Iowa and the Midwest. The few parts that we do not make ourselves such as wood rings are made by companies in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, and Maine.
How will my personalization be formatted?
Personalization size and format will be dependent on the information you want engraved and can be different from what is pictured on the website. We fit it on the toy the best possible way so it is uniform. Unfortunately, because each toy is different depending on how long the personalization is, we are not able to send a proof.
Where is your Silicone Manufactured?
We use a 100% food-grade silicone that is manufactured in China and 3rd party safety tested here in the USA along with all of our wood toys. There are no fillers or additives in our silicone. We've used the same 2 small manufactures in China since we introduced silicone parts to our toys, they are small factories that we talk to often! The silicone is: Lead Free, BPA Free, Cadmium Free, Mercury Free, Phthalate Free, FDA approved, CCPSA approved, LFGB approved, SGS approved, CPSIA compliant, have ASTM International Certification and CE Certification.
Are your Toys Really Natural?
Yes, our wood is natural. We do not stain it. We use Maple, Cherry, Beech and Walnut woods and their natural colors. Our finish is an organic beeswax and flaxseed oil finish that is all natural and nontoxic so it is the perfect finish for baby's mouth. The oil brings out the color and the beeswax provides durability. Our paint is a non-toxic, water-based paint from a company in the United States. They are lead free, no VOCs, non-toxic and made for children's toys. The glue we use is non-toxic too. Our grasping toys are left "naked", there is no finish on them.

We absolutely love our Bannor Toys heart charm teething ring! It’s so easy to clean, never molds, is NON ELECTRONIC (mom’s favorite attribute), and is nearly as cute as its human owner! We have so loved picking up a new Bannor Toys toy for our little peanut for each holiday and will continue to do so!
This tiny star teether is the perfect size for my 3 month old. It’s going in her stocking this Christmas! The Color way of the beads is even prettier in person. I love the mix of small and large beads. Another great Bannor find!
Adorable teether! It will be the perfect size for my son’s Christmas stocking!
I love this teether. The colors are perfect and the toy is so well made. So excited to give this to my daughter for Christmas! I've already referred other people to Bannor Toys as well. I'll absolutely be purchasing more in the near future.
Very well made, cute, and easy to hold.
It’s well made, so cute!
So cute and the perfect valentine’s gift
I always send a Bannor product to my mom friends anytime they have a baby. They always love them. This time the gift was missing the note so she didn’t know it was us who sent it!
I LOVE Bannor Toys. They hold up well, are beautiful to look at and encourage a child's imagination. I bought this as a gift for a friend's new baby girl. The colors are beautiful and her name on the heart makes it so special. Bannor Toys are my favorites!!!
This company is fabulous! Quality product, quickly delivered, user friendly website...what more could you ask for? :-)
Bought my son the heart teether with silicone beads. It is very sturdy and I love that the wood does not splinter.
I ordered the heart teether, engraved with my grandson's name. The rainbow colors are vivid and his name on the heart was awesome. It's in his mouth, or a favorite toss toy, all the time! Best of all, I ordered rather short notice on a Tuesday before Valentine's Day and expected it would be late. But it arrived on Saturday, just in time for Valentine's Day! Thanks so much...will definitely order again.
We love our bannor toys!
I bought this with personalization for a friend that just had a little one. She loved it!
