Montessori, Homeschooling, Preschool + Kindergarten Counting Stars.
Our counting stars come in sets of 30, 50, or 100. (30 because that is generally the benchmark number for preschool age kids to be able to count to prior to Kindergarten.) Stars come in a cloth bag, easy for storage! Help your children count, stack, build, and explore the counting stars. These are great for building hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and will help develop their concentrations and focus as they practice stacking and counting.
Each star is 2" tall x 2" wide x 1/2" thick and sealed with our organic beeswax and flax seed oil mixture. While these are safe for all ages, they are developmentally appropriate for 2+. Please use supervision. Please note the edges are left raw and unroutered.
Bannor Toys has been handcrafting heirloom quality modern wood toys in the heart of Iowa since 2011. Each toy is created with the intention of letting imagination and creativity thrive in children.
We love our counting stars!! So many options for playing and learning!
These are easily some of our favorite Bannor toys. We use them as manipulatives for the math board, and my 3.5 year old loves to built towers with them. To be honest, I do, too. They are extremely fun to stack, and according to the baby, even more fun to knock down. We will definitely be getting more in the future.
My daughter LOVES these! She has been obsessed with anything related to space since she was old enough to recognize the moon and stars at night. These beautiful wooden stars are the perfect addition to her space play. She loves to build them into towers and have her rockets land amongst them.
Our son loves these! So many ways to use these! Counting, use with other items for patterns, use with blocks, stacking, balancing, lots of free play options as well.
We absolutely love our counting stars. My kids love to build different structures as well as use them for counting and math practice!
The counting stars are perfect for open-ended play. To stack, to count, to combine with our building blocks, and for babes/toddlers to fill/dump out of containers over and over - they are a great addition to our playroom!
