FAQ
Where are your Wood Toys Made?
All of our wooden toys are 100% made here in the United States. Our workshop is in our hometown of Madrid, Iowa. All of our lumber is sourced from Iowa and the Midwest. The few parts that we do not make ourselves such as wood rings are made by companies in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, and Maine.
How will my personalization be formatted?
Personalization size and format will be dependent on the information you want engraved and can be different from what is pictured on the website. We fit it on the toy the best possible way so it is uniform. Unfortunately, because each toy is different depending on how long the personalization is, we are not able to send a proof.
Where is your Silicone Manufactured?
We use a 100% food-grade silicone that is manufactured in China and 3rd party safety tested here in the USA along with all of our wood toys. There are no fillers or additives in our silicone. We've used the same 2 small manufactures in China since we introduced silicone parts to our toys, they are small factories that we talk to often! The silicone is: Lead Free, BPA Free, Cadmium Free, Mercury Free, Phthalate Free, FDA approved, CCPSA approved, LFGB approved, SGS approved, CPSIA compliant, have ASTM International Certification and CE Certification.
Are your Toys Really Natural?
Yes, our wood is natural. We do not stain it. We use Maple, Cherry, Beech and Walnut woods and their natural colors. Our finish is an organic beeswax and flaxseed oil finish that is all natural and nontoxic so it is the perfect finish for baby's mouth. The oil brings out the color and the beeswax provides durability. Our paint is a non-toxic, water-based paint from a company in the United States. They are lead free, no VOCs, non-toxic and made for children's toys. The glue we use is non-toxic too. Our grasping toys are left "naked", there is no finish on them.

We love the silicone shapes! The whole thing is so pretty and well made!
Heirloom quality for sure! Even my 6 year old loves playing with it!
These vibrant blocks are the perfect addition to bath time, water table play and addition to his block set!
Love them! They’re made from a great material, sturdy yet light. Also perfect for teething babies!
We are a repeat customer to the silicone block line, our boys can’t get enough of the bright colors, versatility and durability. I love that the go everywhere (bathtub, water table, inside, outside) and can be thrown in the dishwasher when they’ve played too hard! Definitely a win!
You absolutely need to buy these! They are a unique and super functional toy for any age. My 9 month old is loving them! I love that they are non-toxic, easy to clean, and well made. Great job Bannor Toys! A+

Love the colors and my toddlers love to olay with their "soft" blocks!!
The best blocks. I love the way they look mixed in with the different wood tones!
We are huge fans of Bannor's silicone blocks, and these are a perfect addition to the previous colors. Great for stacking, bath time, water table, color matching, and building with other blocks. Get 2!!
I am obsessed w how vibrant these blocks are!
Got these for my daughters birthday and was so excited to see the vibrant colors. They will make a great addition to our block collection.
toddler Instantly loved right out of the package. We bought two sets. Great color combination.
We received this as a gift three years ago. It has held up beautifully. I both love and dislike the overall design. I love that the child can access the shapes independently (unlike traditional shape sorters that need to be opened by the adult), but at the same time, I wish it were a bit more enclosed so shapes don't fall out sp easily. The workmanship is flawless. The sanding is satin smooth. An heirloom piece without question.
My daughter loves this shape sorter, so does momma. It helps with her fine motor skills and learning shapes!
This was supposed to be for my little guy's 1st birthday, but he for hurt today and mama couldn't wait! He loved it! Even though he doesn't understand how to properly use it he still had so much fun with the shapes and the sorter. The quality is amazing and it's more than just a toy. It's seriously a beautiful piece!
My little guy received this as a gift for his first birthday and he was instantly attached! Even though he isn't quite able to match the shapes, he does his best to attempt! I know this will be a favorite for years to come.
We are very pleased with this shape sorter. It’s great to have a piece that we can enjoy now and then pass down thru the generations!
This is by far my son’s favorite toy to play with. We gave this to him for Christmas (he was almost 10 months at the time and is almost 12 months now), and he has played with it every day since. He loves the different shapes, taking the shapes out from the compartment, throwing them, and clacking them together. While he is still trying to learn how to put the shapes in the holes, he has the most fun with this and will play with it for long periods of time. I like that the blocks also work with the shape set, so he will always have plenty of stuff to put into the compartment and take out. This is a beautiful, well made shape shorter that I know will be loved for quite some time.
Pretty happy with the way our shape sorter turned out. We are excited to give it to our daughter for Christmas this year and anticipate it becoming one of her favorite toys! I love the design and how it’s made for kids to be able to independently access the shapes once they’ve sorted them and play with it over and over again!
We’ve had multiple sorters with our three kids that were destroyed from all their play. Excited for this one to hold up to my kids! It’s solid, the pieces are beautiful!
I love this toy! My one year old and three year old both love playing with it. I love seeing my one year old take the blocks out of the bottom and set them on top. This is a toy we will keep forever.
I love this shape sorter! It has held up great and has helped my son's fine motor skills and he is already learning the names of shapes :) This is honestly my personal favorite out of all the Bannor Toys we have purchased!
Both my kids have loved playing with this toy! The quality is amazing, and I know this will be something that can be passed down.
Very nice quality and design!
