Shipping Information

When will my order ship and arrive?
  • Free Economy Shipping*:  We offer free shipping on USA orders of $60 or more. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once you have received a shipping notification, please allow approximately 5-8 business days for delivery. 
  • International Shipping*: International orders are carrier calculated prices based on the total weight of your order.  They ship within 1-4 business days of purchase and can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2+ months for delivery depending on location and local customs offices.   

*Please note shipping timelines may be extended around Holidays, New Releases and Sales Events. These timeframes are projections provided to us from Shipping Carriers and are to be used as guidelines only. Please understand that while we make all efforts to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, we are not responsible for any delays once the carrier has the package.

Can I add on to an order after the order is placed?

We ship your orders as fast as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit an order once it is placed.  A second order would need to be placed. We are unable to refund shipping if multiple smaller orders are placed.

Can I change an address after the order is placed?

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping addresses. Any requests for address changes will be attempted, but NOT GUARANTEED.  Reshipment on packages returned to Bannor Toys due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost.   

In order to get your orders out to you faster, our shipping program may combine shipments when it is able. 

What is Navidium Shipping Protection?

Bannor Toys is not responsible for your package once it is in the shipping carrier's hands, therefore we have partnered with Navidium to ensure that you can get 100% coverage on your order for a minimal fee (starting at just $0.98)! Navidium will help you file a claim and cover your packages. Should you deselect Navidium coverage we are not responsible for your package should it get lost or damaged in shipping

If your package arrives damaged you have 2 weeks to notify us and Navidium for a claim to be started and it to be covered.   

If your package is showing as delivered by the carrier and you do not have it, neither Bannor Toys or Navidium are held responsible for it being lost and cannot offer a replacement or a refund.


What if my package says delayed or lost?

Bannor Toys is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If Navidium was selected at checkout, and your package is lost, please contact them to get a claim started.  If Navidium was declined, you need to call USPS at 1-800-222-1811.  Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

If your package tracking has stalled while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best option as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit to begin this process.

 What is a return for an "undeliverable address" mean? 

An undeliverable address may include incorrect/insufficient addresses, missing a PO Box or apartment number, refused items, or packages that get marked “return to sender”.  Bannor Toys is not liable for any returns due to undeliverable addresses.   A reshipment fee will be charged to send the package out again. 

All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 2 weeks of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date.

Do you ship international?  What about customs fees?

We are happy to ship to our international customers!  Bannor Toys does not collect any duties, taxes or clearance charges for international orders and cannot provide any information on potential charges. Customs policies differ from country to country, so please reach out to your customs office if you have any questions! This will help avoid any surprise charges after your product has shipped as the recipient is solely responsible for any charges that may occur.  If an international order is returned to us, it is the buyers responsibility to pay a re-ship fee to a USA  address.  Returned products are not eligible for a refund.
