Bannor Toys' goal is create the highest quality wooden toys that you can pass down for generations. Unfortunately, from time to time, an individual item may not meet the standard of quality we expect. If you have any issues with one of our products, please reference the guidelines below regarding our return policy and how to resolve the issue. If you cannot find what you need here, please reach out directly to our customer care team at email@example.com and a team member will address your questions or concerns.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
All of our products have a lifetime guarantee on the craftsmanship of the item as long as care instructions have been followed. If you experience any quality issues (outside of normal wear and tear and play) related to the manufacturing of your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a picture of the defective item along with a short description of the problem. We will work quickly to resolve the situation for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair an item if it has been altered by the customer.
What if a toy you no longer sell gets damaged?
If it is a toy we no long make or offer on our website, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will have the parts to fix it.
Can I get a full refund for defective items?
If an item is defective due to the craftsmanship a replacement will be sent out. You may be responsible for returning the original item.
What do I do if items are wrong, missing, or damaged?
If you received the wrong item, are missing an item, received a damaged item, etc., please contact us (and/or Navidium) within 2 calendar weeks of receiving the item. Bannor Toys is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages.
Am I responsible for return shipping charges for damaged items?
You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Can I return my purchase for any reason?
Due to sanitary reasons we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges on our toys. If for some reason a return or an exchange is accepted there is a $6.00 flat restocking fee.
All sales are final. If it a craftsmanship issue please see policy above.
Who is responsible for shipping charges if an item is returned as “undeliverable”?
Bannor Toys is not responsible for return shipping costs associated with packages deemed as "undeliverable". A shipment is considered undeliverable if it is returned due to an incomplete address, an undeliverable address, the package was refused at delivery, or the package was marked as “Return to Sender”. The original shipping charge is not refundable and the purchaser is responsible to pay for a re-shipment of the order. We are not able to refund the items on the order.
Can I return a product directly to Bannor Toys if I purchased it through a third-party retailer?
If your purchase was through a third-party retailer, please submit your return through that retailer. We cannot accept returns of products that were originally purchased through third-party retailers.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We process and ship fast, typically within the same business day during business hours. Your order will begin to process once you receive your order confirmation by email. If you request to cancel your order more than 24 hours after it is placed we are unable to cancel the order. Restocking fees will apply.
