FAQ
Where are your Wood Toys Made?
All of our wooden toys are 100% made here in the United States. Our workshop is in our hometown of Madrid, Iowa. All of our lumber is sourced from Iowa and the Midwest. The few parts that we do not make ourselves such as wood rings are made by companies in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, and Maine.
How will my personalization be formatted?
Personalization size and format will be dependent on the information you want engraved and can be different from what is pictured on the website. We fit it on the toy the best possible way so it is uniform. Unfortunately, because each toy is different depending on how long the personalization is, we are not able to send a proof.
Where is your Silicone Manufactured?
We use a 100% food-grade silicone that is manufactured in China and 3rd party safety tested here in the USA along with all of our wood toys. There are no fillers or additives in our silicone. We've used the same 2 small manufactures in China since we introduced silicone parts to our toys, they are small factories that we talk to often! The silicone is: Lead Free, BPA Free, Cadmium Free, Mercury Free, Phthalate Free, FDA approved, CCPSA approved, LFGB approved, SGS approved, CPSIA compliant, have ASTM International Certification and CE Certification.
Are your Toys Really Natural?
Yes, our wood is natural. We do not stain it. We use Maple, Cherry, Beech and Walnut woods and their natural colors. Our finish is an organic beeswax and flaxseed oil finish that is all natural and nontoxic so it is the perfect finish for baby's mouth. The oil brings out the color and the beeswax provides durability. Our paint is a non-toxic, water-based paint from a company in the United States. They are lead free, no VOCs, non-toxic and made for children's toys. The glue we use is non-toxic too. Our grasping toys are left "naked", there is no finish on them.

The blocks are the perfect size and are exactly what I was looking for to do a block decoration activity at my sister’s baby shower.
Absolutely perfect!!! Ordered these for my baby shower and they were the cutest memory keepsake to remember all of our guests!! Customer service was amazing and shipped to us so quickly!
Beautifully made, totally worth the price. Not sanded glassy smooth-maybe to make the blocks more grippable? My one suggestion would be to make the letters contrast more strongly with the wood for better legibility.
These are so cute & exactly as pictured!
We’ve always been a fan of the traditional Bannor letter blocks, but the added color is so fun! These are a must have for any toddler! Our girl literally can’t put them down. Our toddler is at the age of recognizing her own name. These blocks make great manipulatives for spelling practice and letter recognition! They are a great investment for heirloom quality toys that double as decor and a learning tool!
Very good quality! Just what the baby momma wanted . . . a perfect shower decoration and gift!
This is the second time I bought these for my grandchildren. They just love them. Beautiful design and very well made!
“I absolutely love everything I buy from Banner toys for my seven-month-old daughter! She is completely obsessed with their toys. I make it a strict priority to buy American-made products for my baby because of the safety and trust factor, and this brand completely delivers. The quality is so exceptional that I already know these toys will easily be passed down to her younger sibling. Highly recommend!"
These blocks are perfect for our little one! We are so excited to find American made products. The price is great and the value is incredible. These will be heirlooms.
Colors could have been bolder

Super cute! Exactly as described and arrived quickly. Love supporting a small family business!
Wonderful, my child loves it and it's beautiful
Boho Alphabet Blocks
I was happy with the quality, just not the craftsmanship. I was looking for a block with the letters carved into the wood and then painted. Not just stenciled on. It’s the 21st century. Surly with all the computer laser guided tools we have as a “advanced civilization” we could do at least as good as we did 60-80 years ago. The price doesn’t match what the product is. Should be half this price for what you get. Happy it’s made in America though!!Thanks
Very nice! They feel good in the hand.
Beautiful hand crafted baby gift!
Excellent learning tool, we love them! Great quality.
